We stayed at Shirin's Townhouse for 5 days, when we arrived we we were blown away with the personal touches like a detailed "Hand written welcome letter" detailing some of the Townhouse's and the local areas features, a large bowel of fresh fruit and fresh real milk in the fridge, also Shirins personal contact details and the offer to call at any time. The Townhouse has an excellent floor plan with 2 bedrooms both with en-suite's upstairs and an ample kitchen and living room downstairs also a convenient powder room is located on the lower floor and also lock up parking for a mid size car is provided. The location is fantastic just off Melbourne Street in North Adelaide which has ample Restaurants, Cafe's, Bars and also a Wine cellar. We have stayed at may types of accommodation around Australia over the last five years including 5 star hotels, Townhouses, Apartments & Chalets and I consider that this the best value for money establishment we have stayed at. Great townhouse in a great location - with an equally wonderful host. Cafes and restaurants on the door step & an easy & picturesque walk into the city (15-20 mins). Shirin's house was spotless with everything we could have wanted, including fresh fruit on arrival. We (a couple) stayed for a long weekend & the first day/night was quite warm but when we returned home after being out all day, the air conditioning cooled it down quickly. The house is very easy to live in - very comfortable, plenty of room, great water pressure, light & airy. Shirin was super easy to deal with prior to & during our stay; helped with plenty of local information and always responded quickly. This is great value and highly recommended. A footnote: if you are interested in cycling or walking, the paths along the Torrens River (5 min walk from Shirin's) stretch in both directions - to the sea and to the Adelaide Hills (Shirin's house is about halfway between the two). The paths are in excellent condition & the scenery along the river is really beautiful. Adelaide is a very cycle friendly city with a network of paths connecting all over the city. We had a wonderful stay & thanks again Shirin for all your help.

Perfect location and great accommodation for two couples as there are two separate bathrooms. The property is spotless and has everything you need such as washing powder and decent knives. Also had the pleasure of meeting Shirin. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay, easy check in & check out process

Location was perfect, communication was great and we had everything we needed.

The townhouse was very well appointed. Everything we needed was on hand. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you for the bowl of fruit.

Really clean house in a great location. Very flexible with check in and check out times. Would happily stay here again

This modern townhouse that I called 'home' for 7 weeks is a great place to stay in north adelaide (with or without a car). Close to everything, a fun neighbourhood with lots of great restaurants, very secure feeling ( I was on my own so that is important). It had all the amenities that I could possibly need and all were in mint condition! Shirin and Martin are very welcoming hosts and gave me some great ideas of things to do in and outside of Adelaide including a great music festival in the Hills that even my Adelaide friends had not heard about! They responded immediately to any emails/texts that I sent and were always super helpful. I would have been happy to stay even longer!
